If we keep lowering our gaze all the time, our heads and eyes will get tired as we walk everywhere, we might miss important things that are in front of us, we can wind up falling down, hitting a wall or pole, or even falling asleep as we walk. To survive in this crummy world, we have to keep our eyes wide open and keep our heads to where we are.

This is true. When you control your lust this energy is powerful it will power you thought your mucle your eyes you will litterally shine its like you are glowing. I litterally had a man told me that he feels my aura is warm he sense alot of energy around me 1-2meter. When you take this energy even is you made mistake you watched something you shouldn’t what happens is you seen a lot of pressure of weight to your vital force and this energy need to be released or transmuted.
