when they selling the unit always they shows every facilities like its gonna be yours but in reality you gonna rent it forever😂😂😂 u are not just buying house but also paying 'rental aka maintenance' for whole life even u don't use everything everyday😅😁

JMB/MC cannot barr parcel owners going into their properties. They can't cut-off electricity & water supplies too. But they can deactivate their access cards & barr parcel owners from using the common property amenities like elevators, swimming pool, gyms etc.

How could the High Court agree with the JMB to block access to the property owner's own unit? No such provision in the SMA2013. JMB/MC also cannot cut water & electricity to the defaulter's unit. This is the problem faced by JMBs and MCs and emboldens the defaulters to continue to default with impunity.

JMB can only prevent residents from using the available facilities, but it cannot prevent residents from entering their own homes—that is all. JMB can block facilities such as the lift, parking, swimming pool, and so on.

my jmb . car can't enter, clamped, lift blocked, water cut, TNB cut.. staying like a refugee in my own unit.. forced to climb 10 floors up down everyday.. jmb used ex cops and gangster to do this .

Ya boleh masuk unit guna tangga, not common facilities including lift. Biar semua tennant tak bayar maintenance ramai2 datang kerja lambat plus traffic jam summore
