Meanwhile, friends are making memories, family gatherings are happening, and life continues whether you've reached your goals or not. It's easy to convince yourself that missing everything now will make the sacrifices worthwhile later. But trading doesn't owe anyone a reward for working hard. You can spend months improving your skills and still experience losses, because preparation cannot eliminate uncertainty. 📉 What deserves more attention is how you pursue the goal. Using every peso you've saved, neglecting your health, or isolating yourself to spend more hours at a screen doesn't automatically make you more committed. In fact, putting essential expenses or your future at risk can make it harder to think clearly when decisions matter most. 🧠 Serious development requires patience, but it also requires boundaries. Set aside time to study, measure your progress honestly, and keep your exposure within limits you can afford. Protect the relationships and routines that remind you there's more to life than performance. You don't have to destroy your present to earn the right to build a better future. Success in trading isn't guaranteed by suffering more than everyone else.
