@z0njusha: Some memories become even more precious with time. Look at Kidong’oe when he was still a young lion, around eight months old, full of curiosity, excitement, and youthful energy, running towards Olonkera. There was something so special about seeing him at that age, still growing, learning about the world around him, and approaching the older lion with the eagerness of a youngster discovering his place in the wild. He was still far from the magnificent male he would one day become, but even then, we were witnessing the early chapters of a remarkable journey. Now, look at him. That little lion has grown into a handsome, powerful male, with a presence that is impossible not to admire. Watching these moments side by side reminds us how quickly life moves in the Maasai Mara. One moment, they are young lions finding their way; before we know it, they have grown into magnificent animals in their own right. The little lion we remember will always be part of the male he has become. And that is the beauty of following their stories: we don’t just see them grow; we become witnesses to the memories that make each chapter special. From those eager little steps towards Olonkera to the magnificent lion we see today, Kidong’oe’s journey reminds us that every great lion was once young. Some transformations are truly beautiful to witness. Disclaimer: This video brings together moments from different stages of Kidong’oe’s life to celebrate his growth. The age and context of the earlier footage are based on the information available to the creator. #Kidongoe #Olonkera #ThenAndNow #LionTransformation #GrowingUpWild
