My wife & I got such a great deal on our house 2 yrs ago it is just like our first home built in the 70s but as ours still had wood panel walls this one was updated cake furnished w all Viking appliances & a fenced yard w small pool. We came out EVEN. THE owner used it for air bnb from states away but got in over his head lmao. I hope more homes hit the market

I found an Airbnb in Ireland, where all of their bad reviews are literally of guests saying that they shouldn't have to pay extra money, cash, no less, to use electricity

What do you mean I have to actually do the cleaning I charge a cleaning fee for?

honestly, airBnB should be forbidden. like what can they offer that a proper hotel or proper B&B can't? on top of that, they used to be cheap, but that hasn't been the case for a long time. So you pay as much or more, but get a shitier experience.

And I’m 100% sure some of them won’t be changing sheets. I barely trust hotel sheets

The mindset goes like that Some see Airbnb as free money and they see the guests as inconvenience to get the money.

Ewwwwww not washing the sheets? It takes me just a few mins to strip a bed and remake it with clean sheets. I have 3 sets for each bed, one on, and two clean and waiting. That way I'm always ready if I have a quick stay coming.
