Throwback to one of the hardest chapters of my life. When I was diagnosed with TB, constantly going back and forth to the hospital, taking antibiotics every single day for an entire year. I lost 20 kg in just one month, completely lost my appetite, could barely walk, struggled to breathe, and got exhausted from doing even the simplest things. There were days when I barely recognized myself. I was physically and mentally drained, and all I wanted was to feel like myself again. But through all the hospital visits, the medications, the sleepless nights, and the days when I felt at my weakest, he was still there. He saw me at my lowest, when I had nothing to offer but exhaustion, tears, and hope that things would eventually get better. And yet, he never made me feel like I was too much to handle. Looking back, I realize how much it meant to have someone who stayed through a chapter I wouldn’t wish on anyone. He loved me through a version of myself that I was struggling to love, and I’ll never forget that. Alhamdulillah for how far I’ve come, for the health I once prayed to have again, and for the person who never left my side when life got unbearably hard ♥️ This happend 1 year ago.
