@front_porch_wisdom: 🏡 A Little Front Porch Thought: 10 Things to Remember 🍂 Sometimes, we get so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget the things that matter most. We forget that love is more important than being right. That being vulnerable doesn't make us weak. That gratitude can change the way we see our circumstances, and forgiveness can lift a weight we've carried for far too long. We spend so much time worrying about what we cannot change, trying to please everybody, and putting off the things that bring us joy. Meanwhile, life keeps moving right along. So here's your little reminder from the front porch today, dear hearts: You don't have to have everything figured out to live a beautiful life. Love somebody. Be kind when you can. Give yourself grace when you stumble. Laugh a little louder. Forgive when your heart is ready. Take care of the body God gave you, and don't let the number of candles on your birthday cake convince you that your best days are behind you. Most of all, remember that life is a precious gift from God. We aren't promised tomorrow, so let's not spend today forgetting to live. Take a moment, pour yourself a cup of something warm, and think about these ten little reminders. Which one speaks to your heart today? 🙏 A Little Prayer Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of life and for the lessons You teach us along the way. Help us remember to love deeply, forgive freely, show kindness, and live with grateful hearts. Teach us to release the things we cannot change and trust You with the things we don't understand. Help us care for ourselves and others, find joy in the ordinary moments, and never take another day for granted.
