They’re just lazy but yea the manager thinks we can tackle more when I’m overwhelmed. Again they are lazy not just gap. They don’t just do minimal they do less and say they do. Everyone should do their job with 5% extra effort not saying 10-50% just only 5% enuf said [Victory]

I quit my last job and I found later everyone was mad at me for leaving a mess. They couldn't see the mess was always there but I had been picking it up. I tried passing off duties and showing them what I was doing but none of them could be bothered. I don't think they thought I would really quit.

I went from doing absolutely everything to what’s in my contract and making sure I can go home in time.. I don’t get paid to care or to fix things like customer complaints.. that’s a managers job, not mine..

So when I come in I get straight to work, I have several coworkers who come in and the first thing they do is look for a manager to shove their nose straight up their ass. Guess who gets the better shifts and better treatment? Here’s a hint, it’s not me.
