I also have just dropped to 4 days. I have a Wednesday off and I love it. I feel the same about the responsibility of the class too though!

This sounds so good😍😍 I teach 5 days, I have an autoimmune disease and I’m struggling. Financially I can’t cut my days at the moment, but I dream of this in the future x

Ect 1 and i only do 3 days, i didn’t choose it, but i love it now. All my classes are my own so no sharing! Ect 2 i will definitely be going full time as financially its not long term viable doing 0.6

I think it’s a great idea ! However I think teachers need to fight for the children too , they are just as burned out ! How can you fight for the children ? What changes would you fight for with them …
