I can’t stop thinking about this. It hits so close to home for me. My son choked at school in pre k. One of the paras stepped right in and quite literally saved his life. I messaged her yesterday about and thanked her endlessly. That poor girl and that poor girl’s family.

My son goes to this school. All my kids are in this district. The video footage is not at all the way we were told this went. Hearing the 911 call was… chilling. Because it could have been my son. Watching the video - I’m horrified. The people who stood by need to be held accountable and will be.

i live about an hour away from lindale and work at an elementary school. this whole case is horrifying! how do you know realize a child is choking especially during LUNCH like come on not one of them thought that she may have been choking?! 💔💔

I choked in the cafeteria when I was 6. A 5th grade Girl Scout noticed and performed the heimlich and saved my life. Now all the children in my family are trained! It’s a wonderful idea to have your children trained too ❤️

I was in middle school when I opened a pack of crackers with my teeth and a small piece of the plastic went straight to my throat and everyone just stared at me. I eventually got it out on my own but no one helped me…I can’t imagine what she went through. I am praying for the family 🙏this is horrific.

There’s useless people in this world, and every single one of those adults at that incident are useless and need to be held accountable. This is about knowing what to do in these situations but its also about giving a shit! Every single one of them looked at the little girl and did not give a shit.
