He’s not wrong in what he’s saying. Look at Llanelli 50 years ago compared to now. A lot of the buildings have indeed been knocked down, and the shopping centre (which is on its last legs) that’s replaced all the homes and local shops that used to exist have been replaced by corporate shops and such. It’s just too expensive to run shops nowadays and nobody wants to work in Llanelli. A shame for a place that’s rich in history
