It's frustrating, because I don't expect anybody to buy fresh boxes, the Dollar store will happily give you free boxes to use! Any size! Nice thick ass boxes too.

Don't forget to mention it's even better if it doesn't move in the box. I've gotten breakables from big box stores shatters cause it rolled all around in an overly large box lol

I feel like cushioned fragile packaging is common sense. I get not know a polymailer for something small isn’t safe but I’m shocked how many people don’t stuff packages.

And there are plenty of tutorials on TikTok and YouTube on how to package fragile things properly!! The items should not be moving around in the box whatsoever. And I’ve seen a lot of comments where people have stated they refuse to put fragile stickers on packages because “carriers don’t care,” but it still needs to be done! Packaging items in accordance with the app’s policies and the carrier’s policies also helps when filing a claim! By packaging items properly, the seller puts themselves in a better position. It also helps demonstrate that the seller took the necessary precautions to protect the item during shipping. If you don’t have a fragile sticker, you can write “fragile”

I packed a entire box of vintage Pyrex and vintage corelle dishes and used ups but I wrapped them good asf and wrote on the box dead grandma belonging but they also put a sticker on there saying what it was!! Every piece survived no chips cracks or broken!!

luckily this was all clothing and nothing got damaged even though it was torn open in three spots, but it was literally just rolled up in paper like a burrito and taped shut? and then they wrote this GIANT announcement on it

I ordered six 1970s mugs and as soon as I opened the box I knew they’d be broken. They were wrapped with a single layer of bubble wrap and no paper 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️I was so bummed!

Alsooo from someone who works in a wearhouse, the packages are put on high speed conveyors that are essentially package rollercoasters and if they get thrown, fall ten feet, get walked on or crushed it still gets shipped!

I sell stuff online but I put everything in a box. when in doubt its going wrapped up in a box. if its glass... im double or triple wrapping it and throwing stuff in to make sure it doesn't move. I want to make sure it gets to my customer together.

I am over boarded lol my mom and step dad used to have a small business and used to ship out thousands of Apple bands and evthing but i put my clothessss in a bubble mailer like lol I always see these videos and all my stuff has gotten to there new orders good and never broken
