For anyone saying the was probably distracted because he was on his phone... have you ever been to downtown Nashville? The whole place is a distraction. People crossing the street on green lights, Jay walking, people getting arrested, flashing boobs, yelling, music and bright lights. Its nuts and I dont understand why they allow traffic around Broadway especially on weekend nights. Absolute madness

I stood outside of a restaurant waiting for an uber in Nashville earlier this month and about 10 of these passed by. The drivers were facing backwards DJing. They don't watch for cars or captain the ride. They might as well be as drunk as the peddlers
