The former family vlogger and her business partner will face their first parole hearings on December 7, 2026. In August 2023, Franke's 12-year-old son escaped from Hildebrandt's Utah home and ran to a neighbor for help. He was severely malnourished and had duct tape around his wrists and ankles. Police later found Franke's 9-year-old daughter inside the home. Both women pleaded guilty and were sentenced in February 2024 to serve between four and 30 years in prison. Now, Utah's parole board will consider how much time each woman should serve. Franke's hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m., followed by Hildebrandt's at 9:30 a.m. The hearings do not guarantee their release.
