professionally I can say many people just enter anyhow into solar installation even carpenter. see the roof no rails to lifted it up a bit to allow ventilation and avoid overheating, also I am sure this size of panel doesn't have earthing system. solar panels with black surface absorbs heat too much because of it colour and the once on the roof without proper ventilation channel are bound to cause this, especially this heat wave that is coming a lot of improper installation will likely do same.
