I agree there’s a bigger issue, because Noel has a massive platform, he got recognition and unbanned, but smaller growing channels may not have the same power. It’s difficult to solve this tho, as TikTok is a private company and can basically ban anyone if they choose unfortunately..

BS. TikTok always censors opinions. It’s the main problem with this platform. Normal people without reps at TikTok do not get claims reviewed.

frankly, more creators need to be moving away from this app. they’ve repeatedly shown they have no interest in their duty of care to creators and their users. yes the alternatives are by no means perfect, but this is such a common and widespread issue here that it just isn’t worth risking your platform to an algorithm or AI automated review process
