Oven Roasted Gravy Chicken🍗🥔 Cooking with Shelly Ingredients Chicken Portions of your choice Baby potatoes cut in half Gem squash Brown onion Seasoning (Robertson spice) Chilli flakes Veggies roots and beets seasoning (Hinds) Salt Pepper Roast chicken Gravy (Bisto) Fresh rosemary and thyme Drizzle your potatoes with some oil, season with salt,pepper and some Veggie roots & beet seasoning. After cleaning your chicken, pat it dry with some kitchen towel. Now rub your chicken with some oil, and season with the brown onion seasoning, chilli flakes and sprinkle half of the packet Roast chicken gravy over your chicken. ( I did not use salt to season chicken only pepper) Place the seasoned chicken and the potatoes on the baking tray. Cut the gem squash in quarters and place in-between the chicken and potatoes. Add the rosemary and thyme. Now use the remaining chicken gravy in the packet and mix it with 1 cup water and pour into the tray and place in a preheated 180 deg Cel oven.
