I always hear ppl talking about “feeling the let down” but I never feel anything specific when I’m pumping or breastfeeding. I don’t even know if anything is coming out unless I look. What should it feel like.

How long should we wait for another let down? I’ll get “empty” and push the bacon button for 2-5 minutes and I don’t get another let down. Do I need to wait longer?
