Anybody saying Victor’s overrated is just a victim of recency bias. The San Antonio Spurs are doing this new three guard lineup they’re basically running four guards if you want to count vassell… Victor is the only big man out there and Coach Mitch has Victor playing like a role player with the three guards as the engine for the offense. Victor definitely has things to develop offensively but it’s not only just him

Yeah that’s silly from Jeff, he’s played 3 games of basketball this year and now he’s not top 10😭 do we literally no watch every nba season and see everything completely change from the beginning of the season to the end. 3 games of basketball doesn’t mean wemby is barely top 10 based on last season majority of people didn’t have it out of the top 5. He’s playing really bad no doubt but overreactions to small sample sizes are some of the most annoying things that happen every season

I think his stats rn are a product of a weird environment, spurs have a 2 guard formula and if you look at his extremely explosive unguardable moments its usually passes to the rim from his guards. Same with most of his other explosive play, he cant really playmake on his own as consistently as the other top players in the league. As a spurs fan, I was hoping for that to change after the finals and so far am pretty dissatisfied.
