We’re always with you! But I get the feeling that you can be in a room full of people are still feel alone. Not to mention, we’re not physically there. I think you should allow yourself little comforts like a donut or sweet treat of some kind. I wish we could trust all boots on the ground street feeders so you all could band together to become a huge organization that helps each other and gets a say in policies and laws to help. 🫶🏻🙏🏻

You are not a fool. It’s a heavy load you are carrying every single day. I stepped out of fostering for a bit for my two lifers left. They are 18 and 17. I’ve been a foster for almost 20 years. FOSTER! Not the rescue! We take breaks when we need to. You don’t. You can’t. You have the right to be emotional and vent any time you need. We hear you. And you are correct, it will never end. I was crushed when I read an article many years ago about rescue and fostering. It clearly stated that we don’t even make a chip in the iceberg. Crushed but I’m never going to stop. Love you Girl! ❤️🐾
