Ok my question is… how are they going to know who exactly was driving when speeding?? The vehicle could be registered in someone else’s name - like a parents - but the person driving isn’t the registered owner of the vehicle.

Just FYI if you read the fine print all of the machines are owned and operated by independent owners … contractors … only responsibility LA has is reviewing the video for citation … they get a cut of it.

Clearly this is about money, because if someone is driving over 100 mph in a residental area, let alone 26 mph over, you should have your license taken, not given a fine.
