The exact opposite of how it’s described in my books… Here’s how I make my Carrot Cake Oats 🥕 🥣For the oatmeal base: -35g plain quick oats -dash of salt -cinnamon -pumpkin pie spice -30g grated carrots -1/2-1 cup water -15g pb fit powder -15g @legion cinnamon cereal protein (code: FTA) 🍦For the vanilla cream cheese frosting: -50g plain 0% Greek yogurt -15g French vanilla Egg+ protein @legion (code: FTA) 🍫Optional (but highly recommended) toppings: -10g chocolate chunks -10-20g dried cranberries ✅Directions: 👉Combine 30-40g of plain quick oats, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice (season to your taste), and 30g grated carrots. Add 1/2-1 cup of water depending on your desired consistency. I like mine a little more runny. 👉Microwave for 2 minutes. 👉Stir in 15g of PBfit powder & 15g of cinnamon cereal protein powder AFTER microwaving. 👉Make the cream cheese frosting: mix together 50g of plain Greek yogurt & 15g of French vanilla Egg+ protein powder. Any vanilla protein will work, but I’ve found the Egg+ protein to have the best flavor & consistency. It has a richness that closely mimics the flavor of cream cheese frosting. 👉Optional (but highly recommended) toppings: dried cranberries & chocolate chunks. Adjust serving size as needed for higher or lower carb goals. 👉enjoy immediately or refrigerate overnight & reheat for 1.5 minutes. 430 calories - 40g protein - 6g fiber
