@thechristigreen: At 56, I hopped into a stranger’s DMs because I kept seeing her talk about affiliate marketing. I had NO clue what she was talking about. 😂 I had spent my career in healthcare, not marketing. But instead of deciding I was too old or too far behind to learn it, I started asking questions. That led me to learn affiliate marketing, digital marketing, content creation and how people actually use social media to build an online business. It took practice. It took consistency. And I’m STILL learning. But three years later, I’m retired after 38 years in healthcare and running an online business using skills I didn’t even know existed when I started.
