Small nuance: the dividend itself raises no money. Non-voting C shares let Meta pay staff and buy companies in stock without diluting Zuck's vote. Google did exactly this in 2014. Notice how tiny the GOOGL premium stays. The market puts almost no price on the vote. Pizza math checks out though: two halves, same pizza. The real change is who gets a say in how future pizzas get sliced.
