was what he did technically a penalty? yes but the penalty wasn't just leading with his head it was leading with his head into a defenders chest, the issue with that is now you're penalizing a RB because of the way the defender tried to tackle him. had the defender came in lower it wouldn't have been flagged. it's a rule that gets called about .0001% of the time it happens it's one of those that the rule sounds good in concept but in practice it's a ridiculous rule
