ARREST and CHARGE the PARENTS as well!!! Parents need to start being held accountable for their children actions. The ONLY exception should be if the parent/s were ACTIVELY seeking help for their child/children. If parents can get fined/jailed if their child miss too many days of school (unexcused absence/truancy); they definitely can hold parents responsible for their child crimes/dangerous actions.

the only reason I am sorta against ppl saying "lock the parents up too" is because of kids that do this kinda thing and their parents are present and hands on. I haven't experienced it personally but I've seen plenty of ppl go a different way from their upbringing
