And you will know exactly how serious he is about you by his willingness to learn YOU & correct his mistakes. He won’t argue you down about your wants/needs/desires, he’s just going to do his best to rise to the occasion. This is coming from someone who spent 3 years trying to teach the WRONG one and is now 2 years into teaching the RIGHT one. The difference is vast. Teaching him doesn’t feel exhausting

The best advice I’ve been given is tell a man “I like when you do xyz” instead of “I hate when you do this”. Redirect them. They respond better to positive affirmations

Exactly my mom always told me teach, train, and coach your man, at the BEGINNING of the relationship and if he responds accordingly that’s your man. Bc if you do this randomly one day after a year of being together he’s gonna be like where’s this coming from and you’re not gonna end up happy
