Driver 3406E's have a 500 rpm low idle to help avoid white smoke (epa pollution requirements) during cold starts like below 4OF or so, injector body color means nothing as far as internal parts go on most injectors excluding the big name like ir tuner box people's they just painted and polished outsides to appear better, most peopme would not be dump enough to sell u new/ reman injectors with serial numbers on them as sell them as new you could sue them, a lot of Cats break injectors tips or "Drop a tip" from High Fuel Pressure blowing the tip off or over fueling like the main way a tumer box of any company controls their tunes with more psi more or less fuel as you really cant do much more with older 3406E, C15, N14 type engines unless you change hard parts, or cold thick fuel can knock a tip off occasionally, injector tips don't get suck down in they get blow off or turner box fuelling too much or too late and creation to much for during compressor repeatedly cause them to generally show damage by smoking, noise felt while driving before they drop most of the time, just why I meantioned in ur other post to PM me, their is was to make safe power without monkey shit tunes, I have same enough and have played with different CAT files amd other numbers and turbos manifolds and stuff u can make more power safely without making heat and not having a "tune" and my 2WS smoke half that much at 10F and its clear like moisture not have white and grayish black and anybody i know oder Cat E or C15 smokes like that, if you paid for injectors like ur saying get the serial numbers of all them injectors and match them to your engine repair bill and call the place injectors came from get the serial numbers of ones you have simple number match ur injectors in ur hand theyre warranty pays ur engine repair bill, the numbers only match some of ones wlyiu have simple shop switched them and responsible for engine damages and owe however many new injectors you never got, not plenty cold enough and what are chances the injectors if u got scammed were that bad to break like that soon after rebuild? **** off topic if u drove it to a shop probally it didn't drop a injector tip

I had some thing happen 2013 on cat .. dont feel bad I lost 2 injectors on way to heis feeders south of yankton .. at six city peterbuilt now
