We rode from Akokwa to Obowo, covering over 120km, and what stood out to me was not just the quality of the roads, but the presence of solar-powered streetlights along the route, connecting different towns and communities. I have ridden through many states in Nigeria, but I am yet to experience something quite like this over such a long distance. I might be wrong, so I am throwing this question open. Which other state in Nigeria has a similar stretch of good roads with solar-powered streetlights? Mention the state and the exact route. I will gladly add it to my bucket list and ride there to document it myself. When something is working, we should acknowledge it, regardless of who is responsible. This is not about politics.
