@mr.paidsocial: The tool helps most when the process is already clear. Kitchn, Airtable and Google Sheets were part of the advertising processes I built. In this clip I explain the roles they played: automation, a structured system for creative work and flexible spreadsheet templates. This is a personal example of a working setup, not a claim that one stack fits every business. Here is a way to put that into practice: 1. Write down the recurring task. Specify what starts the work and what a completed result looks like before deciding which tool should handle it. 2. Separate information from actions. A structured record can hold the inputs, a template can organize the work and automation can repeat a stable sequence. 3. Build one useful example manually. Check the fields and decisions that matter so the system reflects the real task rather than an idealized version of it. 4. Use a template to make repetition consistent. The aim is a process you can understand and review, not simply a larger number of things generated at once. 5. Check the output before expanding. Keep exceptions visible, confirm the result and make the next automation decision based on work you actually repeat. The process checklist is in this description. There is no template download attached to this clip; use the steps to map your own workflow before choosing a tool.
