How can I nicely ask for a new nurse if I don’t like my nurse? I have a fear I’m going to get the same nurse who was so mean to me during my first pregnancy and if I get her I want to know how to ask nicely for a new nurse

I am 37 weeks pregnant, I went at 36 weeks to get checked because of a bad hedache (everything was fine) but being there, they had me laying in my back and at some point I needed to get up and pee, I asked the nurse to please give me her hand so I could get up, she did gave me her hand but did not put any (i mean any) effort at all; I did not asked for help again and im a little nervous because I will be giving birth there
