That’s what I always say why they give appointment when they don’t call you at the time they supposed to call you. They call you after one hour to wait in another room finally two hours so please don’t give appointment

So it not just st Luke’s??? I have sn appointment for 8:00. Be there 15 minutes early. Someone else is there for an 8:15 appointment. Doctor doesn’t show up until 8:25! So already he’s behind! I had an appointment for 11:00 last week. Didn’t get out until 12:50! 🤬. I guess patience time is not important! 😥
