@katiesurbeck: Haunted items I saw at Detroit Institue of Art 👀 this was probably my favorite museum I’ve ever been to! #psychic #haunted #haunteditems #witch #museum
Clairsentience here - I have a love and hate relationship with DIA due to so much mixed energy specially the Nuns seating area

The entire third floor is haunted according to multiple security guards. When I worked there I’d spend my breaks walking around and avoided the third floor for sure

I work there and there are some areas that I do not like bc I feel like I’m being watched! The 3rd floor especially

armors that were that elaborate in their design rarely, if ever, saw combat. Fashion statements.

I feel some of these were replicated for the museum, but agreed, there’s some juju around there.

Don’t quote me but I believe the seats are for dead nuns. I thought I saw a quick documentary about nuns who passed being sat so bowl stuff can naturally get out ?? It was disturbing but I’m sure there’s something tied to it

I cannot overstate how important it is for these items to have representation despite the bad juju or history behind them. We’re doomed to repeat history if we don’t study it

i’m not someone who is really able to sense energy unfortunately but i just had a private appointment at the v&a east storehouse in london to look at a pall and some other items and i stg after being alone in the room with it for like 10 minutes i got a headache and felt like i couldn’t breathe until i got away from it… it was the same feeling i had in the paris catacombs and other haunted places/places with supposedly dark energy i’ve been to, it was FREAKY.

The first time I went to the DIA, I took pictures of those seats. When I got home and looked all of those pictures were gone!

So I have no idea how old these are but I do know that way back when, they actually used to castrate young boys before they hit puberty and their voice would drop, so they could sing high falsettos in the choir instead of allowing women to simply sing. Truly a cruel practice back then.
