One of the toughest cuts straight from the butcher, but give it 8 hours in a slow cooker with bone broth, fresh herbs, garlic, onions, and vegetables, and it transforms into something incredible. Rich, tender, fall apart meat with a beautiful broth made from all those slow cooked ingredients. I served mine over roasted butternut squash, one of my favorite seasonal foods, for the best fall meal.
