Hate to tell them but if I purchased a brand new phone for $2000 they wont be repairing it they will be replacing the entire phone with a brand new one. Not repaired not refurbished not anything except brand new.

Considering I got the white line after 18 hrs if use I just went back to Apple Store and returned it with a full refund … the Duo is garbage .. apps are not optimized, full screen to phone screen doesn’t work properly etc etc too many issues
