we used to have meetings from 7-8 be expected to be ready to see patients at 8 when some of us had to drive 30 minutes to the clinic we were actually working at that day then our D.O.N. was mad we tried to leave early🤣🤣🤣 like girl its 7:50 im not gonna be ready to assist patients until like 8:30 now?!?!?! once she retired that meeting was a monthly email bahahahaha!!

My son got fired because instead talking about what needs to be fixed the two managers hosting the meeting are talking about their next vacation. He told them why they wasting their time.

and don't forget that when they have a meeting with everybody there and talk about how we all need to do our jobs the two people who ain't doing their job think it's the other guys they never look at themselves so it doesn't solve the problem. if you have one or two employees who are not doing their work single them out and talk to them. everybody else will appreciate it. our boss does this. he gets so mad when I mention that it doesn't concern me but he won't fire me because I do the work of two other people at least on a slow day.

And never mind that these employees are most likely already on overtime and are now be force this listen to some mindless supervisor dribble on if everyone would pick up the pace and focus on there work rather than whatever else is going on in there lives!!! Making it sound like we’re the problem out on the floor when in reality, between poor Time management and lack of supervising skills have piked on more work than can be physically done in a realistic 40 hour work day!!!!😡😡. But it’s somehow the poor blue collar Shmuck on the floors fault 😡 by trying to keep up with demands and goals that are unreachable!!!!!

I need you to spend 15 minutes around a certain company with speed in their name. I want to see how fast you’d fire anyone above a lead (and even most of them are useless) I’ve never experienced an inverted pyramid when it comes to a management structure. They encourage managers to not show up, not take extra responsibility and be in the office as little as possible.
