Landlords are able to remove you from the property but they normally never recover the money lost from the tenant 🙎🙎

Same thing with breaking the lease early. Is it different matter? But you paid first and last, so breaking. Elise early gives the landlord his last month's pay. But he could still fight it in court that you broke the lease. But if you paid for everything, you should have no proble, but it all depends. If you signed a 2 year lease and you leave it in 4 months, then that's an issue. But if you break a lease, that's only within a few months before it's up or within a half a year different story, you'd win

Oh I have some questions? Can a landlord force you out even if you have 8 months on your lease. Then when you tell them you are not moving until the lease is up. Now they are making up issues to that violate the lease. With these issues we have text messages approving the supposed issue. Then she did another walkthrough last night. Waiting on court papers.

Can I sue my landlord lord for gossiping? Telling other tenants in my apartment complex about their finances, and health issues.

When you pay first last and security, they can't sue you. That's why it's so expensive. When you move to a new apartment because you already paid the fees. first months rent last month's rent. So if you don't pay it, it's already paid. And security for any damages, it's like paying for a hotel, so landlord can't sue. You cause you already paid for it up front
