Pump every 3 hrs! Drink a gallon of water a day! 🙏🏾 You make the most milk between 4-6am when your prolactin levels are highest!

Love, make a jug of water with a scoop of dry oatmeal. Lets the oatmeal sit in the water for an hour or even the whole day and just drink the water through out the day like a refreshment. Make a new batch every-time you run out. It will help milk supply increase right away. I promise you.

Get a hand pump and express each side every three hours when I was trying to power pump and increase my flow a hand pump would completely empty everything and I would get ounces more
