the same things happened yesterday, they told me the same thing that I didn't pay the last two years at 37 I went to do my optics and through the office process I have me receipt here and also they just chose the premium service without asking me so my total was 506..we have to take dem on together

Same thing happened to me at DVLA TARKWA BRANCH. And on top i did a premium service on getting a new licence and when I went there to collect the licence, they extended it for another 12 months. for a premium service that costed more and was supposed to get me my licence faster. Useless service.

You shouldn’t have shown your name and particulars on the receipt, ones you want to take the matter up, they may get into their system to change info and figures to cover up

it's not your fault if that penalty wasn't paid last year. It's dvla's fault. Who asked them to employ inefficient protocol staff.
