One time we went to the movie theater to see The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and as I turned the ignition to leave, there was a chainsaw commercial on the radio, that saw roared to life through the radio just as I turned that key. It scared us half to death! Still not as bad as Abbott Elementary.

My parents were both teachers and their horror movie was parent teacher conferences … they would come home and pull up dial up so the phone one couldn’t ring (that age) and we would eat pizza and watch a movie in silence
