@dvfriends: 🎸 Music feeds the soul and wakes the brain. Upper School had the chance to shine when our musicians took the café by storm for the bi-annual Coffee House performances. With snacks and decorations from our Families Association, weeks of work from music Director Tim Simmons, and sound work from a DV alum, our entire community came together to support these kids who absolutely ROCKED. Whether preforming in a band, choir, or as a soloist everyone on stage let their light shine and their voices ring as they made music, including a few original songs, and jammed out to some classics. We can’t wait to see their final refined performances for the Winter Concert in December. 🔥 BRAVO! 🔥 🎶: Declan ‘29
