@insideedition: An 18-year-old murder suspect was led into court Monday. Vincent Battiloro is accused of intentionally mowing down 17-year-old friends Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas last year. Police say Battiloro was driving at 70 miles per hour when he hit the two teens from behind as they rode their bikes. They died at the scene. Niotis had a restraining order against Battiloro. The suspect pleaded not guilty. His lawyers say they may use an insanity defense.
