Switch the batch layout back to what it was. If you were on the Facebook page for Instacart shoppers, you would see that every single person that shops for your company is unhappy that you switched the font and the layout of when the batches pop up. I hate it and I’ve been doing this for 6 years and I’m about to quit over it

Instacart is a scam.. they have terrible customer service.. i’ve used their platform for years and never once had to make a complaint about an order never arriving.. I never did returns. I was not that cheap customer for the first time I made a complaint because an expensive $130 bottle of tequila never came in my order and the driver somehow manipulated their system with someone else’s ID because it wasn’t my drivers license because he’s never came and yet Instacart sided with the driver closed my account didn’t refund my money and also close my family members accounts mistakenly that live at an address that I previously lived at. They literally went through their system canceling people’s accounts at my families address even though that wasn’t the address that I had to order delivered to in the first place, they eventually reactivated my family’s accounts, but left mine blocked. I had no reason to lie to them. This company is very shady.
