Fusion 360 have free tier and you can use mcp and the ai is 9999% better them fusion build-in (the build-in is also free)

i hope people have the same interest in actually ongoing open source projects. i would say FreeCAD will be way better option for anyone looking for a CAD software

I've used this for a while now, and it's so much better than Fusion360 - not because it got more features or anything, it is lacking quite a few, but because fusion 360 is a very heavy proprietary software that is cloud connected to a US system. The free tier let's them use anything you make in any capacity, for any reason, and may sell the whole drawing, or parts of it, to anyone, at any time. With SolidCraft, your stuff is yours

maybe here people will understand what's a fusion alternative that works similarly but when I turn the object around, the bottom stays on the bottom and doesn't just tumble around and every time I change perspective I have to turn it again to have the bottom of the model at the bottom of the screen again? or what is the setting to change it in other programs
