We all agree phones were better when you could just swap batteries, but this definitely isn't your issue.

That flip phone battery was probably thicker than the entire iPhone.... I like using visual cues like "please explain how the battery, which is thicker in every dimension that exists than your iPhone, will fit IN YOUR IPHONE?"

Once I sold a customer a phone did the next day she came back asking why I didn't give her the battery... she says it says battery included but it wasn't in the box....I'm like well does your phone turn on? cause if it does that's cause the battery is in the damn thing 😑😑😑🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

I haven’t been working at Verizon for just over 3 years, but your stories bring me right back to remembering all the utterly insane interactions I’ve had. 😂

Another time a lady came back to return a phone I sold her because the picture on the box says "not actual size" and she said she wanted that size instead....I had to explain to her for 15 minutes that the phone didn't come in different sizes 🤦🏾♂️😑🙄

technically you could swap the BMS from the iphone battery and solder that on to the flip phone battery cell and make it work
