Nope that's not how scheduling works.You have to give employees a reasonable amount of time to respond.Changing a schedule at 12:15 am is a serious issue you're right.Call the labor board.

In Germany it's four days. If it hasn't been changed four days before then you don't have to come. You can't expect someone to come if you change the schedule one night before 😂
