This was exactly how I felt at 28 weeks until I was induced at 34 weeks and 4 days for preeclampsia. Just keep track of it and check your blood pressure at home.

Ocular migraine! Exact same thing happened to me at 29 weeks! The headache afterwards is always the worst!

Look up ocular migraine (happens to me- but mine comes with tingling and numbness. Starts in my fingers, then to my cheek, lips, tongue, blurry vision esp looking at phone and a feeling of being out of it. Followed by massive headache) ..can be hormone induced. stay hydrated, good luck mama

I had one, too. I was about 38 weeks. I thought I was having a stroke. Tingling in my face and one hand, half my tongue. Had a massive headache after. It was an uncommon migraine. Hang in there!

From personal experience, those symptoms (I describe it as an aura to my patients) happen before a migraine takes place.

yup! migraine with aura! i have been getting them since i was 15 and ive been completely inundated with there migraines during this pregnancy, i get them like everyday it sucks! you have all the classic symptoms!

Ocular migraine? I’ve had these my whole life and they were awful when I was pregnant bc I had hypertension. I would run into walls bc I couldn’t see half of my visual field. It looked like dots or zig zags flashing

high blood pressure..you need to monitor it. at 38 weeks I was in a meeting at work and started to experience the same symptoms. checked my blood pressure it was 190/110. I was induced the next day due to preeclampsia. watch ur blood pressure.

At 35 weeks I went numb in my right arm, then hand, then cheek, tongue. Then the tingling spread to my left hand. Went in and my blood pressure was high. Then had a terrible migraine! Only found bladder infection after all the tests. Went into preterm labor 48 hrs later due to a placental abruption! Hoping everything stays healthy for you!

I had the same exact stuff happen to me, about that far along but also was vomiting… they said I was just dehydrated and needed to drink more electrolytes

Definitely an ocular migraine. Apparently they are common in third trimester. I had vision change but it was like specks of glitter rainbow it was terrifying but after I found out I was ok I was ohh ok well it was kind of pretty lol
