This is how I’ve approached dating. But when I do these things, I’ve been accused of being needy or possessive. I asked a woman out one time. I asked if she wanted me to pick her up or if she was more comfortable meeting at the restaurant. We met, had the date. I walked her to her car and asked if she would text me when she got home so I know she got home safe. She said I was being controlling.
