Tell me that doesn’t sound amazing! 😍 This Double Cheese Chicken Wrap is loaded with seasoned chicken, colorful bell peppers, melted cheddar, and creamy Monterey Jack. Every bite is cheesy, savory, and wrapped in that perfectly toasted tortilla we all love! To make it, slice 2 chicken breasts into small strips and season with 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Add ½ sliced bell pepper and cook until just tender. Lay out 4 large flour tortillas and divide the chicken and peppers between them. Sprinkle each with ½ cup shredded cheddar and ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly so all that cheesy filling stays inside. Toast the wraps in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and crispy and both cheeses are melted and gooey.
