Brave new world was good but the mcu is racist. If you notice every time the main characters isn’t a white man the movie sucks or it’s unwatchable etc. just pay attention how every single movie post end game where the main actor is of color or a woman the movie is hated on.

Cap 4 had a severe identity crisis. How the hell are you gonna have THAT repertoire of Cap villains AND THEY CHOOSE TWO BIG HULK VILLAINS?! Either make it a Captain America movie OR a Hulk movie. It wasn't good on just that stupid decision alone. How the hell are you going to suggest bringing a character back from twenty years ago and make him deal with Captain America? Bruce Banner was completely MIA in this, and the Leader had a legit revenge plot all figured out.

I wish I had liked BNW more, but there is no reason that's the last time we've seen Sam Wilson in any meaningful way. hell, Steve Rogers got a cameo in a Thor movie of all things, why wasn't Sam in Ironheart or The Marvels or anything?

I mean, we all have our take on things and that’s OK that’s what Marvel is based on. Not all of us picked up every single issue of Marvel comics and said that was amazing. It was built on variety. Eternals will always be one of my favorite films. I saw it five times in the theater. The story is amazing. The characters are absolute pristine and I don’t understand why it gets so much hate but a lot of people don’t like it. And that’s fine. I’m glad that you found solace in the movie that you enjoy. I’m going to be honest I have not seen the brave in the world. It is one of two Marvel films that I have not seen, and it was mainly due to family problems than it was due to me not wanting to and I will watch it this week because of your stance and I will let you know.

I rewatched Brave New World over and over and found new things I'd missed every single time, I feel like it got too much flack for not being a perfect movie when no marvel movies have been very good lately. but Sam is held on his pedestal where if his media isn't perfect, he's suddenly not good enough to be Captain America. while I wish they had stuck with the original storyline without sympathizing with the government at the end, it had depth that most new marvel projects do not have.

For me, the biggest problem with BNW is that it felt disconnected from Falcon & the Winter Soldier from a story perspective (why aren’t Sam & Bucky getting along and talking etc etc) and disconnected in general from other known Captain America/Falcon allies. Steve as Captain America had Natasha, Sam and Bucky in the mix in most of his movies. I agree that Deadpool & Wolverine is not very rewatchable.

I think the jokes just aren't landing because of the tonal shift. since the latest Black Panther, Spider-man, Loki and Falcon and the winter solder. IT was expanding on the characters and the tone shift from a campy (language joke) to a more serious tone after a major upheaval of the universe. Dealing with truama (bucky), Loss (Spider-Man), Loki (Identity), Sam (Responsibility), and Legacy (Shuri). I also thought the thunderbolt was a decent movie.
